Instructions for parents

Start this practice today, whether your child is part of any age group or not.

Think of 3–4 positive sentences like:

🔹 You are very strong.
🔹 You can achieve whatever you want.
🔹 You stand for truth and justice.
🔹 You are a wonderful and complete human being.

You can come up with any sentence of your liking and preference. Now, you need to repeat these sentences to your child at intervals throughout the day (4-5 times).

Additionally,

After your child falls asleep at night, repeat these sentences in a soft voice in their ears.

Whether you achieve results or not, just adopt this habit based on my recommendation and make it a part of your life.

One day you will see results, and then you will recommend it to others.

Just as we frequently use certain sentences, we inadvertently program our children's minds...

Don't do this; you will get hurt. You've instilled the fear of getting hurt in your child's mind.

Don't do that; you might fall. You've instilled the fear of falling in your child's mind.

Don't go there; your clothes might get dirty. You've introduced the notion of messing.

You keep playing all day; look,so-and-so has undermined your sense of achievement.

You never understood things; you labeled them as unintelligent or foolhardy.

You're making such a move. Everyoneewilllcall youucrazy. You've labeled your child's craze

Sonn sits quietly, and Auntiel thinks you have a fear of people's opinions.

Auntie or Uncle were saying your child is very good, giving undue importance to others' opinions.

And so many sentences like these that we tell our children without considering their impact...

Be cautious in the use of your sentences. What you speak, what you say, is the programming of your software, i.e., your mind...

Give instructions thoughtfully and give positive ones so that your software programming remains positive.
